The Tri-Star
Presented by: Visit Knoxville Sports Commission
Tennessee's Junior Match Play Championship
June 29 - July 2, 2021
Three Ridges Golf Course
Knoxville, TN
The Tournament
In conjunction with the Tennessee Golf Foundation and the Sneds Tour, the Tri-Star provides Tennessee's junior golfers a competitive golf experience unrivaled by any other tournament in the state. The event is the only match play championship on the Sneds Tour schedule and is a Level 3 TGA Junior Player of the Year point event.
NEW FOR 2021: The Tri-Star is a junior match play only event. The pro-junior and stroke play championship components of the championship will no longer be contested. There are three separate divisions: Boys Championship, Girls Championship, Boys 14&U.
Entry into the Boys Championship and Girls Championship divisions will be based off qualification criteria similar to the Sneds Tour Elite Series criteria. The top 48 boys and top 24 girls will qualify for the Championship Divisions.
Entry into the Boys 14&U Division will be a first come first served process - the first 16 players to sign up will receive a spot in the field.
Registration for the event will be run through the Sneds Tour website.
